Christmas Self Care
Christmas time is such a busy and frantic time of the year. You are probably rushing around trying to buy last-minute gifts and tie up loose ends for the end of the year. But it is so important to find time for some Christmas Self Care.
Christmas is also a time of reflection and calm, to celebrate everything that it represents. From the spiritual aspect to acts of love, be it giving or receiving.
So instead of rushing around take a moment for yourself and here is what you should be doing:

- Spend some time resting. Take some downtime to just gather your thoughts and actually relax. Read a book, book a spa appointment, just pamper yourself in any way that makes you really happy.
- Reflect on the year ahead. This is a great time to check in with yourself about what you want to achieve next year and starting to think about planning the year ahead.
- Spend time with friends and family. This is a perfect time to connect with the people that mean the most to you.
- Buy gifts that are meaningful to you as a giver, maybe something that has become a tradition or something that you know somebody else really wants to receive. Keep the person in your heart when you are purchasing gifts for them.
- Think about others less fortunate than yourselves. Reach out to others and offer help, this can be as simple as spending time with someone else.
